Yes, I still decorate with flags but this year not on my table. The two American flags I have are happily outside decorating a planter waving at people driving or walking by. 🙂 And, yes, your post took a weird turn! It was funny! Pinned several of your photos ~ I missed the cutoff for this week, I guess. Saw comments were closed.

Once again, Miss Pam, your decorations are just lovely, and so clever! You make it look so easy! I have a box full of July 4th decorations, still in the box. 🙁 Used to put a little something throughout the house. My front yard is nicely dressed, and my neighbors still appreciate my efforts! I love your cow flag holder. I love cows. And, the frog holding your postcard is pretty neat, too. The fourth of July is just like any day for us. We don't like the crowds and the fan fair of parades and parties. My wife gets a day off work, and with her schedule at the community college where she works, it means a whole week off, starting yesterday. So, that's nice, but instead of being slugs, we're painting the living room. Lucky us! But, when that's done, we get to start decorating that and the library that used to be a dining room. That will be the fun part for me. We have so much art work that needs to be hung. That isn't the fun part, though. The fun part is the final result! The time is near! Have a great celebration!

All your decor is vintage spot on!!! I'm more into prim but vintage works well with that too. Love the flags of course and sun flowers in a mason jar......... The best! Happy Fourth

In reply to Kristen. I've bought them at Walmart and my local grocery stores. Walmart always has tons of the inexpensive ones this time of year (I think the small ones are 59 cents and the large ones in the cooler are around $1.50). I just pick up a few each year and add them to my collection.
