I always start the decorating with the outside, too. And always have 1 thing that gets me going on a theme. Love the vintage plaid and the snowshoes! And that bench; am still "green" on that one! Merry Christmas!

Pam, that is a genius trick about plopping the tree tops into the dirt in the urns!!! I have some urns out front with some sad, faded balls in them. Next year, I'm betting they will have some tree tops in them! Love the snowshoes and that vintage tree stand is awesome! Always enjoy seeing what goodies you have on your porch each year!

One again Pam you have knocked it out of the park. Reminds me of those wonderful German towns during Christkindl! Beautiful and LOVE the snow shoes -- WHAT a find! Plus I just needed a good dose of your sense of humor today too. And oh, I thought you might like to know this about your Hoot Mon --- " Hoots Mon " is a song written by Harry Robinson, and performed by Lord Rockingham's XI. It was a number-one hit single for three weeks in 1958 on the UK Singles Chart. It is based on the old Scottish folk song " A Hundred Pipers ". And Urban Dictionary -- Scottish for Yo, Dude. Like you, today is one of my favorite blogging days of the year. I love this porch tour and your porch is one that I've been looking forward to seeing. Your snowshoes were a great find and they'll look great on your porch all winter. I love all of your trees and wish I had a source for them in my neck of the woods.
